Each summer Denali blooms in a vibrant tapestry of wildflowers.  Come experience Denali during this beautiful time of year.  On Saturday, we will meet up with Denali National Park botanist Carl Roland for a hike to explore these lovely mountainside colors. We’ll learn how to identify plants by sight, with a hand lens, and with field guides. We’ll also investigate how subarctic flora adapt to extreme latitude and high elevation while learning about the park’s unique patterns of plant diversity and ecological history.
