Cancellation Policy: (Revised 4/3/20): Due to the covid-19 crisis we have removed all cancellation fees with our programs. Cancellations and/or substitutions that occur 14 days or more in advance of the course start date will be refunded the full course fee. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of the course start time will not be refunded. If you must cancel from the course, please notify us as quickly as possible so that we may attempt to refill the spot. If Alaska Geographic must cancel a course due to this crisis, we will provide you with several options at that time, including requesting a refund of your course fee. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used during the original transaction if less than 60 days since the original transaction. All other refunds will be made through a mailed check. All membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
