Gear and most clothing is provided free of cost. Please refer to your packing list (in the welcome packet under "content" in your account) while completing this form, and do not hesitate to borrow anything - it's why we have it! This trip will be hard on your gear and you may want to consider borrowing ours instead of putting wear on yours.

Student Contract

I agree to conduct myself in a responsible, respectful, and appropriate manner with a positive and constructive attitude.(Required)
I agree to work as a team member for the duration of the expedition using positive communication, assisting with group activities and chores, and respecting the privacy of others while sharing close quarters.(Required)
I agree to be on time and be attentive for all scheduled activities during the expedition.(Required)
I agree to help make this expedition a positive experience for everyone involved.(Required)
I agree to leave my cell phone, music player, and all other personal electronics at home and not bring them on the expedition.(Required)

Travel Information

Our trip start dates are a 3-hour orientation from 4-7pm in Anchorage. Parents/Guardians are not required to attend.

Students are required to have their own lodging in Anchorage this evening.

Please see your trip Welcome Packet (in the "content" section of your account) for departure details for the next day. Trip end times vary based on each trip.

Airport Pick-Ups & Drop-Off
We do Ted Stevens Airport pick-ups at 11:00am and 3:00p on Orientation Day (the start date of the trip). We can provide airport drop offs up until 9pm the night the trip ends.

We are unable to provide supervision or lodging the night after Orientation (day 1), and unable to provide supervision or lodging after the trip ends.

Contact Person in Anchorage(Required)
For students who live outside of Anchorage, they are required to have a contact person in Anchorage to assist with logistic support if needed. Most importantly, this should be a person you feel comfortable staying overnight with in the case of a change in trip schedule.
If you live outside of Anchorage but are able to pick up your teen within 6-8 hours, that is acceptable and you may put the parent/guardian contact info below.
