We have hotel rooms reserved in Seward on June 1 and 2, included in the course fees. The other nights will be spend on the Dreamcatcher boat. We are able to provide transportation from Anchorage the afternoon of June 1st. The exact time will be decided once all participants have completed this form and booked travel. However, please consider that we strongly prefer to leave Anchorage no later than 6pm, unless absolutely necessary Our course ends late afternoon on June 8th, and we can provide transportation back to Anchorage this evening. If you will be traveling from outside of Anchorage, please arrange for lodging in Anchorage the night of June 8th. Please do not book flights that are dependent on the group arriving in Anchorage at a certain time on June 8th, as any delay on the boat or highway could lead to a missed flight. A late night flight (post 10p) will likely be okay, but again, we cannot guarantee your arrival to the airport on time. Driving a long distance (i.e. back to Fairbanks) on the night of June 8th is not recommended, as it's already a very long day. We are happy to drop you off at your lodging. Booking lodging in Anchorage: Please consider booking lodging close to our Spenard office at 3400 Spenard Road, Suite 106 99501. This is helpful for logistics, and you will have plenty of amenities within walking distance. If you will be driving to Anchorage, please note that we do have limited unsecured overnight parking at our office. If you would like to arrange other or secured parking, we can assist in a pick up and drop off at that location if within the Anchorage bowl Our course begins the evening of June 5th at 3:00pm with a 2-hour trip orientation at our Anchorage office, 3400 Spenard Road, Suit 106. We provide all travel, lodging, and food starting June 6th. Our course ends the evening of June 11th at our Anchorage office. If you will be traveling from outside of Anchorage, please arrange for lodging in Anchorage the night of June 5th and 11th.
